分享職務說明 / Key Responsibilities專注於無線網路通訊設備的研發。在全球 200 多個國家設有據點，出貨量超過 7,000 萬台設備。台灣為其最重要的研發總部，涵蓋產品設計、軟硬體開發、AI 研發等，研發人員比例高達 80%。Responsibilities:
  • Specialize in packaging material manufacturing process and cost control.
  • Stays tuned with new materials and their cost trend.
  • Develop strategic relationships with packaging suppliers and conduct business reviews.
  • Manage suppliers provide the best in packaging costs, quality and delivery.
  • Drive the suppliers to follow UI's direction, purchase new machines, and improve production process.
  • Work closely with the PK RD team.
需求條件 / Key Requirements其他條件
  • 2+ years experienced in sourcing / PM / RD.
  • Flexibility to work and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of material processing for pulp tray, cardboard, blister, gift box, carton and all types of printing processes.
