What You'll Do / Responsibilities作為 客戶成長暨續約經理,你將負責批量管理高數量的中小企業帳戶,確保 ARR 的穩定留存與成長。你會透過電話、視訊與 Email 快速推進續約與加購流程,運用定價槓桿與簡化談判在短週期內完成簽約。同時,你需要解讀產品使用數據,主動發掘升級與交叉銷售機會,並與行銷團隊合作,規劃 Webinar、教育型 Nurture Campaign 等「一對多」活動以提升功能採用率。為了在規模上保持效率,你將設計並優化自動化 Playbook--包含續約提醒、Bot 互動與 In-app 提示--持續改善成交週期。此外,你也會維繫關鍵聯絡人關係,蒐集 SMB 客戶痛點並反饋給產品團隊,讓產品路線圖更貼近市場需求。As the Customer Growth & Renewal Manager, you will manage a high volume of small- and mid-sized business accounts, safeguarding and expanding ARR. You'll drive fast-cycle renewals and upsells via phone, video, and email, leveraging pricing levers and streamlined negotiations to close deals quickly. Using product-usage data, you'll proactively surface upgrade and cross-sell opportunities and partner with Marketing to run one-to-many programs-webinars, nurture campaigns, and more-to boost feature adoption. To maintain efficiency at scale, you'll design and refine automated playbooks-including renewal reminders, bot interactions, and in-app prompts-to shorten deal cycles. You'll also nurture key stakeholder relationships, gather SMB pain points, and feed insights back to Product so the roadmap stays aligned with market needs.Required Qualifications具備 3-5 年 SaaS/MarTech 產業中小企業帳戶經驗(Sales或CSM…等經驗)。能同時管理數百筆 SMB 帳戶並維持高續約率,對 CRM/CSM 工具與自動化流程設計熟稔。重視資料驅動決策,擅長用數據判讀機會與風險並提出行動計畫。具備優秀的 Email 行銷與 Webinar 主持能力,能在「一對多」場景中影響用戶採用。快速學習、適應力強,能在 SMB 市場的高速節奏下持續迭代流程。結果導向,可預測並達成目標,並持續優化效率與客戶體驗。3-5 years of SMB-focused account experience in the SaaS/MarTech space (Sales, CSM, or related roles).Proven ability to manage hundreds of SMB accounts while sustaining high renewal rates; expert in CRM/CSM platforms and building automated workflows.Data-driven decision-maker skilled at interpreting metrics to spot opportunities and risks and translating them into action plans.Excellent email-marketing and webinar-hosting skills, capable of influencing user adoption in one-to-many scenarios.Quick learner with strong adaptability, able to iterate processes continuously in the fast-paced SMB market.Results-oriented, able to forecast and hit targets while relentlessly optimizing efficiency and customer experience.Benefits / Compensation員工福利
