- Lead critical documentation and change control processes in a company
- Collaborate with global teams and gain exposure to product lifecycle management
- Administer the Change Control Board process and ensure proper release and archiving of documents.
- Manage Engineering and Manufacturing Change Orders in alignment with internal procedures.
- Create, revise, and control technical documentation including drawings, specifications, procedures, and BOMs.
- Maintain version control and traceability across multiple programs.
- Ensure BOM accuracy including part numbers, sourcing data, and revision history.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes effectively.
- Provide training on PLM systems and document workflows.
- Monitor compliance and generate reports on change control metrics.
- Support internal and external audits with documentation and change history.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in document control or change management in hardware or manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in PLM systems (e.g., Arena, Agile, Windchill) and familiar with ERP integration.
- Strong understanding of BOM structures and configuration principles.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a bonus.
