- Manage and oversee the real-estate valuation vendor management process for the Consumer Banking Risk Management Group, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on real-estate valuation vendors, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with real-estate valuationvendor relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize real-estate valuation vendor relationships, drive cost efficiencies, and enhance service delivery
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting onreal-estate valuation vendor management activities
- Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to the Consumer Banking Risk Management team onreal-estate valuationvendor-related matters
- Minimum 7 years of experience in real-estate valuation and strong knowledge of real-estate market, and a related field within the real-estate services industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vendor management, risk management, or a related field within the financial services industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex risk-related issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and present findings to stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing vendor management strategies and processes
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and real-estate valuation industry best practices related to real-estate valuation vendor management and risk management
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Basic English speaking, reading and writing ability are needed, and fluent in English communication will be a plus
