- Lead and execute new test cell qualification and bring-up activities at OSAT partners
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex issues at OSAT facilities
- Drive resolution of sophisticated setup challenges involving thermal, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits at OSAT partners to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Develop and deliver technical training programs for new team members and OSAT partners
- Review and approve test cell configurations for production release
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize test cell performance and reliability
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for test cell efficiency and yield

- * 5+ years of hands-on experience with ATE testers and ATC handlers
- * Demonstrated expertise in complex problem solving across thermal, electrical, and mechanical domains
- * Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Leadership Competencies:
- * Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
- * Strong track record of delivering results in complex technical environments
- * Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
- * Proven ability to develop and mentor team membersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- * Knowledge in electrical engineering at practical engineer level is a significant advantage
- * Experience with semiconductor test and handling equipment
- * Track record of leading technical teams or mentoring junior engineers
- * Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- * Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency highly desired
