You would be managing multiple of mangers, assistant managers, and associates.
  • Safety and Legal - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including safety, quality, and labor regulations
  • Leadership - Lead and develop a team of Operations Associates, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster professional growth and achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaboration - Develop and maintain strong relationships with the vendor partners, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon service level agreements.
  • Delivery - Oversee the Vendor operations, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all processes related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and product delivery.
  • Continuous improvement - Monitor performance metrics, conduct root cause analysis, develop action plans. Drive continuous improvement initiatives of operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Planning - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Merchandising, Logistics, and Finance, to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Problem solving - Collaborate with technology teams to identify and implement system solutions to automate manual processes and optimize operational performance.
  • Proactively approach - Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced ecommerce or retail environment.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
