The Central Operations team is the nerve center of our e-commerce operations. This role is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end operational processes, from the moment a product is listed to the moment it is delivered to the customer. You will use data and technology to monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional leadership.What You Will Do
Network Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor the daily operations of all fulfillment centers.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, order fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, and shipping costs.
  • Identify and escalate any disruptions or deviations from standard metrics, such as traffic issues, weather events, or system failures.
Process Optimization and Improvement:
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for operational/process improvements and efficiency gains across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with Process Design to develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various operational tasks.
  • Collaborate with technology and engineering teams to propose and implement new features, tools, and automation to streamline workflows.
  • Conduct deep dives into operational issues, determine root causes, and propose data-backed solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a central point of contact, liaising between various internal teams (e.g., fulfillment center teams, logistics, marketing, product, finance) and external partners (e.g., sellers, third-party logistics providers).
  • Coordinate with on-the-ground field executives and site managers to ensure efficient execution of operational plans.
  • Communicate operational performance and project updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into operational performance.
  • Use data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, PowerBI, Excel) to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Provide remote support and guidance to FC Center on operational processes and best practices.
  • Develop training materials and programs to ensure all parties adhere to company standards and norms.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced operations, logistics, or supply chain environment, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Ability to learn and work with proprietary software and internal systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
  • High degree of ownership and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends, as operations run 24/7.
  • Business Fluent English Skill
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
