- Support the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off boarding, and employee record management.
- Assist in managing compensation, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
- Partner with management and employees to resolve employee relations issues; provide guidance on HR best practices and employment law compliance.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback initiatives.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and development workshops.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and HR policies.
- Continuously seek ways to improve HR processes and employee experiences.
