- Form, develop, and lead the Power Module BU that includes the functions of Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, R&D/Engineering, and (Field) Application Engineering, accountable for Profit & Loss.
- Oversee the sales & product strategies, product development, and execution of the business unit’s plans. Drive the growth of revenues by identifying the new business opportunities, new market applications, and gaining larger shares from the current industry players in Server, Storage, and Data Center.
- Work closely with the key accounts in US. Build a professional organization that aims at providing high quality and the best in-class services to its partners and customers.
- Continuously review and execute the business plans, strategies, and financial results of Business Unit. Hire, coach, manage, and develop the managers and employees to achieve the set business/product development targets and KPIs.
- Lead, participate, and contribute to the special projects or strategic initiatives of the company regionally and/or globally.
- 12-20 years of working experience in the Semiconductor and/or Electronics Design & Manufacturing industry with a progressive management responsibility of developing Products and Market/Business for Power (Module) related products.
- Strong connections with the US-based Server & Data Center players and successful track records of design-ins/design-wins.
- 10 years in a people managerial position, ideally is/was managing multi-functional teams of Product Development & Management, Sales, and (Field) Application Engineering.
- Good at strategic planning, project management and best practice review. Strong leadership; people development and teamwork skills.
- Master's degree in engineering-related studies.
- Good oral and written communication skills for both English and Mandarin Chinese.
