- Respond to sales needs, including quotation, delivery time, and cost analysis.
- Communicate closely with other units (such as Sales, PMC, MFG, PE, etc.) to coordinate and handle customer-related issues.
- Take the initiative to contact important customers and continuously track customer satisfaction and needs.
- Customer order managementSAP system order creation, material and production scheduling follow-up, shipping system maintenance, and invoice issuance.
- Manage customer FCST, prepare material preparation plans, track customer orders, and discuss order shipment plans with customers and sales staff every week.
- Assist in guiding and training new CSR specialists and help improve the overall service capabilities of the team.
- To handle matters assigned by the supervisor.
- Handle customer needs carefully and patiently.
- Be highly proactive, respond to customer feedback immediately and internally, and reply to customers quickly.
- Good communication skills.
