- Set departmental goals, lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve the company's service goals.
- Maintain customers and establish good interactive relationships.
- Internally correspond to the company's business needs, including quotation, delivery date, and order confirmation and processing.
- Assist the business team with quotation strategy and cost analysis.
- Set annual customer satisfaction goals, as well as conduct customer satisfaction surveys, compilations, and analyses.
- Serve as a window for communication and coordination with customers, accepting and handling customer complaints and returns, and exchanges.
- Matters assigned by superiors.
- Handle customer needs carefully and patiently.
- Be highly proactive, respond to customer feedback immediately and internally, and reply to customers quickly.
- Good communication skills.
