Apply now!Learn more:Talent Management and Employee Relations SupervisorThe incumbent will lead and execute Talent Management and Employee Relations initiatives covering leadership development, succession planning, engagement, and culture while managing grievances and translating employee insights into actions that support growth and compliance.As a Talent Management and Employee Relations Supervisor, you will:
  • Lead strategic learning and development initiatives including leadership training, talent reviews, and succession planning to build organizational capability and support long-term growth.
  • Serve as a strategic partner in the Performance Management process by guiding managers and employees, while coordinating with stakeholders to manage performance improvement cases, oversee PIP implementation, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting within the SuccessFactors system.
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources including grievances, site visits, and LMM feedback to deliver monthly insights on employee relations and frontline sentiment.
  • Handle employee relations concerns and grievances, support disciplinary processes in line with JTI guidelines, and ensure all cases are properly investigated and managed.
  • Deliver strategic P&C support by advising on people matters, driving aligned solutions, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring policies comply with JTI standards and local laws.
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration major in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Taiwan Labor Law
  • Demonstrates empathy and a strong ability to manage sensitive issues with fairness and discretion
  • Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
