- Confirming customers’ language preference and assisting them in their preferred manner.
- Onboarding and ensuring customer success on targeted legacy CPC USA-based projects moving to Taiwan
- Identify and develop new opportunities with targeted strategic customers in Thermal Management.
- Build strong relationships and networking with strategic customers, influencers and partners.
- Conduct regular product training and information sessions for targeted strategic customers in Thermal Management.
- Manage key accounts.
- Develop strategies for penetration, expansion, and adoption of our products in the Thermal Management network.
- Be a technical resource and point person with our Regional Sales Managers.
- Perform VOC and establish customer needs; competitive advantages, and opportunities to position/reposition products to maximize market penetration.
- Leverage CRM to manage opportunities, application details and large account management.
- Actively participate in Thermal Management events and trade shows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related business, science or engineering degree (technical degree preferred)
- 5+ years in customer facing technical or sales roles.
- Proven experience using English and Chinese (Mandarin) in a professional capacity.
- Ability to flex hours to be available to support both Central Standard time as well as Taipei Standard time
- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organizations including specifying engineers, purchasing, and upper management.
- Professional self-starter who thrives in working in an autonomous environment.
- Must have strong time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer centric mentality.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal groups and external customers.

- Previous employment at a manufacturer using liquid cooling for electronics.
- Understanding thermal architecture for electronic systems.
- Experience with CRM programs.
- Experience with ERP Programs; especially Oracle
- Ability to leverage social media.
