  • Identify and engage industrial customers in Australia and other high-cost regions.
  • Develop compelling, market-aligned offerings based on internal manufacturing capabilities.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across PCBA and related assembly services.
Lead Customer Engagement
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
Collaborate Across Borders
  • Work closely with factory teams in Taiwan to ensure operational readiness and delivery excellence.
  • Align with headquarters and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and resolve escalations.
  • Ensure seamless project execution from proposal to delivery.
The Successful Applicant
  • Strong communication skill in both Mandarin in English
  • Proactive and hunter sales personality
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in electronics manufacturing or industrial services.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of closing deals and growing accounts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cultures and functions.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
