Run what runs the world.This Position reports to: Project ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in your assigned area of responsibility to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE. Each day, you will support the business by applying in-depth HSE knowledge and offering solutions and advice. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring effective risk management through HSE excellence along the ABB value chain.The work model for the role is: on-site HSE executionThis role is contributing to the ELSP 3101 LVS project team in TSMC project. Main stakeholders are TSMC and ABB subcontractor.You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Reporting HSE incidents to the management and relevant stakeholders and taking appropriate actions.
  • Facilitating, assisting, and providing guidance on incident investigations to learn better ways for mitigating risks.
  • Providing feedback to the management and employees on lessons learned and best practices from within their own unit and across ABB.
  • Supporting and driving behavioral change through the local implementation of group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices.

You will join F22P3 project execution team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the roleCollege/University graduated with major in civil engineering, occupational health & safety environmental engineering or electrical and electronic engineeringAt least 2 years working experienceGood knowledge of local occupational safety and health related lawsCertified at least with 營造甲種業務主管 licenseProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to work independently and he/she must be patience with a sense of urgencyGood interpersonal skills and ability to influence employees and contractors to follow ABB OHS guidelines and local regulation requirementGood written and verbal of both English and Chinese.We value people from different backgrounds.
