Develops SOP for manual management where automation is not possibleManages a team of 10-15 contractors (daily attendance, performance monitoring and evaluation, workload management etc) if task-on-hand requiresWhen an issue arises, dive deep into the roots of the issue, propose solutions supported by data and factsDrive improvement in operational performance and lead projects to further expand our business and enhance both our customer's and partner teams experienceClearly communicates goals, roles, responsibilities, success metrics and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams and program stakeholders.Works independently, but also influences and manages project teams, sub-teams and subject matter experts to develop, test or implement new ideas or process improvementsEnsures that multiple projects within the program roadmap meet specified timelines to deliver resultsMust have high adaptability mindset, and is willing to jump on and switch gear to tackle higher priority task in alignment with leadership or company's directionBasic Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in program/project/process management or business operations preferably in the e-commerce industry
  • English speaking and writing skills are a must
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, strong business sense, and willingness to work within a fast-paced and growing environment Excel skills
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data and provide insight and recommendation
  • Strong Excel skills
