3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.

3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

Experience with embedded systems, low-level hardware architecture details, such as ARM.

You will develop OS performance management software, tuning device policy, analyze metrics and profile workloads, analyze lab and field performance issues, and improve performance on future hardware architectures. You will also work across various functional teams to create innovative and efficient solutions utilizing system resources such as CPU and fabric in the SoC and ensuring the system runs smoothly to support key use cases. The Google Pixel team focuses on designing and delivering the world's most helpful mobile experience. The team works on shaping the future of Pixel devices and services through some of the most advanced designs, techniques, products, and experiences in consumer electronics. This includes bringing together the best of Google’s artificial intelligence, software, and hardware to build global smartphones and create transformative experiences for users across the world.Responsibilities

Build performance roadmaps and execution strategies.

Plan, execute, and deliver significant improvements to Pixel performance and thermal software on key use-cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams across software, hardware, and research.

Track, monitor, and optimize lab and field metrics to improve device performance and thermals across device and software releases.

Influence future product roadmaps for improvement of Pixel performance and thermal behavior, through collaboration with hardware and silicon partners.

Report product status and achievements to collaborators and stakeholders in product and executive management.
