- Leadership with 10 members; Report to top management in APAC cluster
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee distribution, warehousing, logistics/transportation, DRP & forecast planning, procurement, and order management.
- Budget Management: Meet company budget and modified forecast targets, optimizing cost structure and leading cost reduction efforts.
- Capacity Planning: Utilize internal and external resources to ensure Order To Delivery processes meet performance expectations, while proactively initiating projects for continual improvement.
- Strategic Alignment: Align commercial approach, product diversity, and customer needs to design organizational capacity and capability.
- Operational Optimization: Lead warehouse and logistics activities to operate efficiently and meet performance metrics and goals. Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team Development: Energize and enable team members to contribute optimally to department and company goals, fostering efficient collaboration.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations during material handling, storage, and transportation, promoting a safe working environment.
- Effective Communication: Foster effective collaboration with other functions to ensure seamless communication and flawless execution.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to meet performance expectations and quality agreements.
- Import/Export Operations: Direct responsibility for ensuring regulatory compliance in import/export operations in Taiwan.
- Resource Utilization: Plan and ensure effective resource utilization for optimized customer order fulfillment.
- Over 8+ years in Supply Chain function, exp. in Healthcare/ FMCG industries are preferred
- Specializing in local/ domestic warehouse, logistics, transportation/ delivery, minor support on inventory forecasting
- Exp. with regional projects are preferred.
