Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesManage and process monthly payroll for all Taiwan employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.Oversee compensation-related processes, including annual salary review, bonus distribution, and benefits administration.Act as the main contact point for payroll vendors, auditors, and government agencies.Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to reconcile payroll data, budgets, and statutory reporting.Provide HR data analytics and payroll-related reports to local and regional HR leadership.Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate audit standards.Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxation, benefits, and HR policies with professionalism and confidentiality.Drive process improvements, payroll system enhancements, and digitalization initiatives.Support regional/global HR projects when needed, contributing to cross-country collaboration within APAC.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.5-8 years of HR/Payroll experience within MNC or pharmaceutical/healthcare industries preferred.Strong knowledge of Taiwan payroll, tax regulations, and labor law compliance.Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and payroll system operations.Strong Excel and HRIS (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.) skills.Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.Detail-oriented, with high integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.What's on OfferOpportunity to be part of a globally recognized healthcare company with a strong APAC presence.Exposure to regional HR practices and cross-border collaboration.Competitive compensation and benefits package.A supportive, inclusive, and innovative working environment.ContactTony HoQuote job refJN-082025-6815893Phone number+886 2 8729 8225
