- Strengthen the alignment between HQ and site HR teams to support the global performance management program.
- Build two-way and effective communication methods to reach the group HR team's consensus and engagement.
- Identify the performance review and improvement process for the high-potential talent growth plan and the low-performance employee improvement plan. 20%3. Retention and Development
- Identify training needs and frame a training strategy for the Taiwan subsidiary.
- Search suitable training programs and ensure the completeness of execution with a positive impact.
- Set up the career development plan for employees to develop capability matching to functional and/or individual goals.
- Increase employees' satisfaction and retain high-potential employees at Glico. 20%4. Organizational Culture Cultivation and Corporate Image Buildup
- Enhance employee relationships by cultivating core values and team cultures, and fortify team cohesiveness with identified approaches such as employee engagement activities, company event, etc.
- Strategically build corporate image through an external communication approach during the recruitment and other HR events.

- Manage annual compensation cycle, such as monthly payroll and bonus review process, and guarantee the accuracy and competitiveness of compensation and benefits (C&B).
- Establish and improve HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with local labor law. 20%
- Bachelor's degree in HR or in a related field.
- 10+ years' experience in Human Resource functions.
- Experience in recruiting and building of corporate image is essential.
- Familiar with Taiwan labor-related laws and regulations.
- Self-driven, responsible, respect diversity and multicultural organizations.
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good analytical and project management ability.
- Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
- Ability to interact with all levels in a highly diverse environment
- Good English skills; ability to speak and write Japanese is a plus
