The company is powered by a diverse global team committed to pushing boundaries and achieving remarkable growth.Purpose of the RoleThe Country Lead will formulate and execute a strategic business plan with the aim of propelling the brand(s) to the forefront of the Chinese gaming market. You will lead the brand across Marketing, KPIs, and Financial Management, and work closely with internal operational and delivery-focused teams, partners, and external suppliers to achieve company objectives.Job Responsibilities:
- Actively manage a full marketing and brand strategy, ensuring an optimal mix to drive mass-market player acquisition while delivering a healthy ROI and establishing the brand.
- Establish market-led operational processes, reporting, and analytics to professionalize the business while maintaining an entrepreneurial startup spirit and agile approach.
- Take responsibility for all marketing activities, business development, and ROI delivery for your brand.
- Collaborate with the Retention Team to define the customer lifecycle and maximize customer lifetime value, working closely with internal Marketing, Retention, and HVC teams.
- Work with the Affiliate Team to conduct and negotiate affiliate and digital marketing agreements.
- Collaborate with Technical, Trading, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure the effective coordination of operations and continuous performance monitoring.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitor offerings in the marketplace.
- Work collaboratively with Product Development and Consumer Marketing to ensure the digital customer proposition is best-in-class in the market.
- Define and communicate the local market strategy, offering, and product for China, continuously monitoring competitive positioning and future regulatory developments to adapt strategy and tactics as needed.
- Identify opportunities for land-based expansion, including on-the-ground affiliate partnerships.
- Ensure alignment of the vision, strategy, and roadmap to position the company as a crypto-focused iGaming leader.
- Minimum of 5 years' industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience at a senior level in a B2C environment in Asia.
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing a clear vision.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in providing accurate reporting across all functions.
- Strong understanding of the Asian gaming environment, with significant experience in customer acquisition and retention.
- Understanding of various iGaming verticals and related products, with the ability to maximize profitability across each.
- Proven experience in aligning multiple internal functions to meet strategic business objectives.
- Deep understanding of the Asian gambling marketplace.
- Experience in P&L management within a leading gambling operator.
