- Lead all marketing and operational efforts for the Indonesian market, ensuring alignment with brand goals and overall business strategy.
- Own the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across all channels-sports betting, casino, and live casino-on desktop, app, and mobile.
- Define marketing plans that leverage key events, product innovation, and local trends to drive new customer acquisition.
- Manage the acquisition and promotional budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and ROI-driven.
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to align brand activations and acquisition marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with Technical, Trading, Product, and Commercial teams to support campaign execution and ongoing performance optimization.
- Monitor and benchmark local competitors, ensuring strategies remain competitive and locally relevant.
- Maximize brand exposure through sponsorships and ambassadorships by ensuring full utilization of entitlements and opportunities.
- Develop and manage agency relationships and other local marketing partners.
- Lead the annual marketing planning and budgeting process for the Indonesian market.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing within the iGaming, sports betting, or related B2C industries.
- At least 1 year in a senior marketing role in a B2C setting, specifically within the Indonesian market.
- Proven success in building and executing acquisition strategies that drive measurable results.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian and broader Asian B2C gaming environment.
- Familiarity with gaming verticals and how to drive profitability across them.
- Experience in managing budgets, performance metrics, and profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
- Skilled in aligning cross-functional teams and delivering integrated marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow marketing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently and proactively solving challenges when they arise.
