CBG 風險控管確保及營運風險管理 分行作業與前線業務查核Role & Key Responsibilities:l Investigate sales misconduct.l Conduct periodic SOP/Boundary list review and training.l Develop and maintain SOP to ensure compliance with regional policies and local regulations.l Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance sales monitoring reports and strengthen control points/mechanisms.l Timely completion of sales surveillance reports and sales health checks.l Support BIF revision, SCSA, and fulfill information requests for internal and external audits.Hiring Criteria/ Our Ideal Candidates:l University or above.l With at least 5 years related experience and expertise in employee mis-conduct investigation.l Familiar with banking branch operations /sales process or control assurance techniques.l Good investigation and presentation skills, such as evidence collection, information gathering, related party interview, meeting material preparation and presentation to senior levels.l Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of records and information.l Aggressive, positive thinking and task-oriented.l Good in MS office tool, including Excel and PowerPoint.l Willing to take challenge, ability to work under pressure and a good team player.l Fluent English in both oral and written communication
