Provides support to customers and outside sales team, address product issues and errors, identifies solutions and suggests action to ensure customer satisfaction. (75%)
Creates accurate quotations that reflect project and customer requirements as well as project specifications. (10%)
Contacts customers after the sale to provide ongoing service and support and to resolve problems. (10%)
Researches competitive pricing to understand market trends. (5%)
Other duties as assigned.

About you:

Bachelor or university degree
Up to one year of experience
Knowledge in MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
