Job Responsibilities:Directs and manages the design, planning, construction and maintenance of NXP Kaohsiung facilities and properties.Sets overall vision and leadership for the facilities team. Leads and develops facilities staff (managers, engineers, technicians) to ensure that all facilities activities meet the established goals and targets.Develops budgets and plans based on company growth and future needs.Oversees / monitors the functioning and effectiveness of all facility systems including mechanical, electrical, hydro, pneumatic, chemical, etc. systems and ensure operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, and facilities expansion.Inspects construction and installation progress.Manages outsourced contract and construction activities.Job QualificationsBachelor or Master of Engineering degree such as mechanical engineering, Power engineering, Electronic engineering and other related of facility.10 + years’ experience in facility working environmentStrong command in English communication listen written and spokenCore skills:Managing multiple projects simultaneouslyManaging teams consisting of staff and contractorsUnderstanding core facility systems (water, air,…)Proficiency in Microsoft Office programsUnderstanding budgeting and accounting practicesAdvanced skills:Advanced knowledge of industrial controls, electrical and electronicsAdvanced knowledge of preventive maintenance proceduresKnowledge of relevant local and safety regulations.#LI-6a60
