分享職務說明 / Key ResponsibilitiesAs an New Product Tech Project Manager (NPT PM), your goals are to drive Material
Clear-to-Build, resolve all supply chain logistics issues without impacting the project
schedule, and provide logistic solutions to the project team.
  • Point-to-Point planning and tracking of Engineering Bill of Materials
  • Identify and resolve all supply issues, including material shortages, logistics issues
(custom delay, flight disruption, etc.)
  • Analyze and ensure production material readiness for Clear-to-Build (CTB)
  • Drive day-to-day supply status to meet program milestones
  • Establish and optimize logistics process across worldwide supply chains
  • Communicate logistics status and risks across cross-functional and global teams
  • Manage suppliers from various tiers across supply chain
Minumum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or Supply Chain management field or
equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain and program management or
electronic manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in both oral and written communication in English and Mandarin
  • Excellent analytical skill and problem-solving skill
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve
project goalsPreferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with customs clearance requirements and international trade terms
  • Experience in technology industry, electronic manufacturing, or new product
program management is preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and a high degree of flexibility
  • Fluent in Korean or Vietnamese is a plus
