- Be pivotal in driving the adoption of our client's solutions within the OR
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and managing innovative products tailored to the OR segment, from conceptualization through to launch and lifecycle management.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and customer research to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, informing product strategy and positioning.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive product roadmap development, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market insights, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Oversee product launches, including developing launch plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring launch performance metrics.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, gathering feedback and insights to iterate on product enhancements and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our client's products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing products from conception to launch, with a focus on driving market success and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of the OR environment and understanding of healthcare providers' needs and challenges is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel within Taiwan as required to support product initiatives and attend events.
