- Develop detailed test plans & cases to manually validate AI features, focusing on accuracy, reliability, and overall performance.
- Execute manual tests across various scenarios to identify bugs, functional gaps, and user experience issues within AI features.
- Clearly document test steps, results, and defects to help development teams track issues effectively.
- Perform manually regression testing to prevent previously resolved issues from recurring and to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Work closely with Data & AI/ML Ops teams, AI Team developers, and Protect Team cross-functional developers to clearly understand feature requirements and testing needs.
- Actively participate in requirements review, design discussions, and feature walkthroughs to provide early QA input, ensuring alignment on quality expectations.
- Bachelor/Master degree in CS/MIS, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience testing modern Web/Mobile Applications
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to clearly document issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working with surveillance systems or similar products.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in Computer Vision and Audio processing.
- Experience using LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) or basic scripting/coding skills (e.g., Python) to enhance efficiency.
