- Establish quality objectives for responsible plant.
- Maintain ISO 9001 quality management system and QA documents
- Attend quality meeting (Quality team bi-weekly meeting, PG Quality monthly meeting, MRM).
- Execute QMS internal audit and third-party audit (ISO9001 certification) for PG.
- Lead and supervise the Complaint and Non-Conformance with proper resolution.
- Generate SPC/CPK report and review SPC performance for package gas operational sites.
- Maintain PG customer specific request in related system and share site folder.
- Meet electronic customer requirements (such as e-COA, periodic SPC report, etc.) and maintain Fashion SPC system
- Coordinate the quality issues with cross-functional team to conduct continuous improvement.
- Participate the quality control circle (QCC) activity.
- Reduce the customer complaints and non-conformance cases with good solution and facilitate the effective prevention improvement with responsible teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing and CI teams to develop the planning in accordance with the customer royalty survey, and support sales activities to secure the customers.
- Coordinate internal departments to fill out questionnaire/checklist and prepare material submitting and track audit finding improvement.
- Attend the periodical review meeting and provide monthly report to customers.
- Comply with the global customer survey procedure to response the customer survey and questionnaire.
- Issue internal change notice and customer PCN/SCN for site change plan.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct quality assessments and supplier audit
- Support new supplier qualification and on boarding by reviewing quality system and process control
- Investigate non-conformance and respond to supplier-related quality issue as well as provide technical perspectives to solve abnormalities
