- Orchestrate the launches and push the growth of pillar products, to contribute to continued growth for the brand franchise
- Analyze consumer and market insights and competitor strategies to propose and execute comprehensive marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated, engaging marketing plan
- Adapt and localize communication materials (imagery, digital assets, and point-of-sale displays) for various platforms to ensure impactful and relevant consumer communication.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (e.g., Digital, Sales, Logistics, Education) and external partner agencies to develop holistic and integrated marketing plan
- Manage budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy
- More than 5 years of marketing experience
- Demonstrate strong entrepreneurship and be full of creativity also good execution skills
- Articulates complex concepts with ease and precision
