  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients and candidates
  • Act as a market expert, offering career advice and insight into industry hiring trends
Full Recruitment Cycle Ownership
  • Source candidates through online platforms, networking, and referrals
  • Screen and interview candidates, manage the hiring process, and coordinate job offers
Business Development & Market Insight
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Map out the market and provide tailored recruitment solutions to clients
Professional Growth & Training
  • Work in a 360° role combining headhunting and account management

The Successful Applicant
  • Strong Business Acumen - Ability to understand different industries, client needs, and market trends.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills - Confident in engaging with professionals at all levels, building trust and long-term relationships.
  • Relevant Experience (3+ years) - Background in sales, consulting, talent acquisition, or human resources is highly preferred.
