- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients and candidates
- Act as a market expert, offering career advice and insight into industry hiring trends
- Source candidates through online platforms, networking, and referrals
- Screen and interview candidates, manage the hiring process, and coordinate job offers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Map out the market and provide tailored recruitment solutions to clients
- Work in a 360° role combining headhunting and account management

- Strong Business Acumen - Ability to understand different industries, client needs, and market trends.
