- Lead and deliver consulting projects across CMS, Core Consulting, Digital, MSA, and Risk practices.
- Develop analytical frameworks and data-driven strategies to solve complex client challenges.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of strategic planning initiatives and analytics work.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in marketing, product, risk, and innovation.
- Generate insights and actionable recommendations to boost client performance and profitability.
- Support digital transformation programs and strengthen digital channel capabilities.
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in financial services, payments, consulting, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering); Master's degree preferred.
- Proven success managing complex projects in matrixed organizations.
- Experience across the product marketing lifecycle-from customer analysis and initiative development to campaign execution and post-campaign evaluation.
- Track record of implementing products or programs in financial services (experience with card issuers or acquirers is advantageous).
- Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
