[Learning & Development]
- Provide on-site support for in-house training sessions to ensure smooth delivery and engagement.
- Design, promote, and implement online learning initiatives to drive continuous development among LINERs.
- Oversee and maintain the company's E-learning platform to optimize user experience and learning effectiveness.
- Support business units in managing dispatch employees, including but not limited to recruiting process, headcount & report maintenance, and onboarding & offboarding process.
- Liaise with external dispatch agencies to ensure smooth coordination, compliance, and timely issue resolution.
- Curate and manage internal communication channels, crafting compelling strategies to enhance employee engagement and information flow.
- Develop creative campaigns to reinforce company values and build a connected workplace culture.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience in HR areas, with at least 2 years specializing in learning & development function.
- A strong passion for people development and a proactive attitude toward launching new initiatives.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, with the agility to adapt in a fast-moving, ever-evolving work environment.
