Post-process development for UI Products from PoC to PP2. Reviews SOP/process parameters and SIP during project development with mechanical suppliers.3. Leads and drives suppliers on product troubleshooting, and improving the process.4. Develop new resin/paint to meet product requirements.5. Cosmetic issue analysis and debugging with suppliers.6. Implements the reliability tests and analyzes the root cause, and solves.7. Work with PD / MPD / MESR / MTE / MQE to develop UI products.Minimum Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
2. 7+ years of manufacturing experience in network communication or consumer electronics products.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in the plastic and metal post-process of mechanical products.4. Familiar with reviewing post-process SOP / Inspection / Reliability Test.5. Flexible to travel among Supplier sites in Taiwan, China, and VietnamPreferred Qualifications:1. Experience with tooling design or molding over 3 years.2. Experience with mechanical design in network communication or consumer electronics products.3. Industrial background with networking equipment and surveillance is welcome.
4. Strong and ambitious personality to drive improvement with communication skills
