• Preparing, drafting, and negotiating various legal documents, especially long agreements in English (e.g., supply agreement, MSA, distribution agreement, license agreement).
• Analyzing law-related issues, evaluating risk factors regarding business decisions or operations, and reviewing the organization's current or proposed activities to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Providing accurate, timely, and well-reasoned advice and guidance on legal matters.
• Evaluating potential M&A targets, doing due diligence, drafting and reviewing non-binding LOI, bid letter, share purchase agreement, and asset purchase agreement.
• Coordinating with outside counsel and liaising with them on a project or regulatory basis.
• Assuming other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Taiwan lawyer bar is a must
• 2+ years' work experience in Legal
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• LL.M. is a must
• LL.M. in the US and US Bar is plus
