- Cover legal documentation and legal issues for General Banking and Corporate Finance work
- Review, draft, handle, and negotiate financing, trade, and general banking legal documentation, including but not limited to facility letters, general loan agreements, guarantees, and security documents.
- Work on complex and sophiscated corporate finance and structured trade financing documentation (including renewalbe energy financing and real assets financing), and able to work with business team to do external legal opinions review on project and customized basis.
- Assist Head of Legal Taiwan in providing broad legal advice to top management and legal risk management.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in banking or a law firm.
- Demonstrated interest in banking and capital market transactions.
- Admitted to Taiwan Bar or U.S. Bar (highly preferred, not a must)
- Proficient in English is a must
