• Lead and manage a Legal team with 5 members, report to Legal Head (Legal Director)
• Review English contracts, including both investment and non-investment agreements, ensuring their legality and alignment with the business requirements of respective departments.
• Develop annual departmental goals, supervise the execution of various tasks by team members, and ensure the achievement of unit's annual plans.

• 6+ years of relevant work experience
• Taiwan Bar is a plus, not a must
• Familiar with the Investment field
• With a good command of English

• With a master's of Laws is highly preferred
