- Advanced Data Analytics and Insights: Oversee the development of sophisticated analytical models to predict trends, identify root causes, and inform strategic decisions. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging predictive analytics and other advanced methodologies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Change Management: Act as a liaison across multiple departments, fostering a culture of collaboration and change management. - End-to-End Project Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of complex, multi-phase projects with strategic importance. Oversee resource allocation, risk mitigation, and change management plans to ensure successful implementation and sustained impact.
- Require 8 years working experience
- Proven experience in establishing and optimizing large-scale operational processes.
- Strong ability to define and use performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure optimization success.
