As a DMS Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading production deviation cases using the 8D method to settle root causes. Driving FAB site excursion case reduction through proactive measures. Hosting continue improvement activities to recognize and reward outstanding performance in handling excursion events. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions effectively. Leading and mentoring a team to ensure detailed execution of tasks. Developing and maintaining world-class standards for deviation management processes. Tracking and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensuring strict consistency to safety and quality standards. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience. Shown experience in managing production deviation cases and using the 8D method. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive solutions. Outstanding leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. A proactive and determined attitude to successfully conduct and sustain improvements. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
