Goat is a data-led influencer marketing company under WPP Media, delivering full-funnel social content campaigns grounded in performance and measurable impact.As a Senior Manager, you will lead influencer campaign strategy and oversee the end-to-end implementation across GroupM agencies and brands. You will act as a strategic bridge between clients team partners, publishers, KOL vendors, and internal stakeholders including finance, operations, and reporting. With strong business acumen and proven project leadership, you will ensure all campaigns align with performance KPIs and contribute to the wider growth of influencer marketing within WPP Media.Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Leadership
・Lead the development of influencer marketing strategies based on campaign briefs, leveraging data, market intelligence, and performance benchmarks.
・Guide the team in formulating KOL selection frameworks, content direction, and value proposition aligned with brand objectives.
・Provide strategic counsel to agency stakeholders and clients throughout planning and implementation stages.
Campaign Oversight & Execution
・Manage the full campaign lifecycle from pitch to execution, including planning, negotiation, budgeting, implementation, reporting, and wrap-up.
・Ensure timely execution and quality control across all deliverables, resolving issues proactively and adapting plans as needed.
・Oversee vendor and publisher partnerships to ensure consistent performance and relationship management.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
・Build trusted partnerships with WPP Media clients team, Goat regional teams, clients, and internal support teams.
・Align internal resources and manage cross-functional collaboration (e.g. finance, operations, reporting, strategy) to ensure campaign success.
・Represent influencer marketing capabilities in cross-agency meetings and business development conversations.
・Team & Capability Building
Coach junior team members and elevate team competencies in influencer trends, tools, and data-driven content planning.
・Stay abreast of emerging trends in social, creator economy, and performance marketing to guide innovation and best practices.Skills and ExperienceAt WPP Media, we believe in the power of our culture and our people. In this role it will be critical to embrace WPP & WPP Media's shared core values:Preferably ・Minimum 5+ years of experience in influencer/KOL marketing, digital content, or media agencies, with proven experience leading multi-brand or multi-market campaigns.・Strong understanding of biddable media, programmatic, or integrated marketing preferred.・Demonstrated success in managing campaign budgets, stakeholder expectations, and operational workflows.with 2-5 years' experience in a KOL agency, creative agency, events agency or a media organization. Understanding of Biddable media activation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with strong analytical skills.
- Passionate in consuming social content and youtuber channels. Always catch up the most updated trend of social platforms.
- Creative and sensitive in identifying sophisticated difference from the articles, photos and look and feels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to negotiate with agencies and publishers to ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Strong attention to detail and a process driven mind-set, with excellent time-management skills and a penchant for prioritization
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - and reporting tools.
- Strong understand of media, digital content, and campaign implementations.
- Ability to work autonomously whilst achieving campaign objectives.
