Semiconductor - Planning Manager

• Shape the supply chain strategy of a global tech leader with high visibility.
• Solve complex planning challenges that impact global production and delivery.

• Develop and maintain a stable material plan (0-24 months) to ensure availability for production and service.
• Drive demand and supply gap closure actions and monitor execution weekly.
• Lead investment scenario planning for long-term capacity (1-3 years).
• Manage inventory levels, buffer strategies, and mitigate excess & obsolescence risks.
• Optimize planning parameters and policies, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration related.
• 5+ years of experience in supply/material planning, preferably in high-tech or manufacturing.
• Proficient in SAP ERP, IBP, APO, or HANA; strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and cultures.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing deep-dive analysis with strategic oversight.
