- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees across the organization.
- Act as a strategic partner to the senior team.
- Analyze people operations metrics to support decision-making.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation.
- Stay informed about industry knowledge and trends through conferences, educational opportunities, professional publications, networks, and organizations.
- Establish common working tools, methods, techniques, and systems to shape company culture.
- Drive efforts in performance management, employee engagement, talent development, policy development, and compensation and benefits.
- Develop or refine policies, procedures, and guidelines as needed.
- Manage ATS/HRIS to streamline and improve people processes.
- Design performance processes and assist with goal development.
- Collaborate on individual training suggestions for growth and development.
- Provide coaching and counseling to resolve employment-related matters.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement strategies for engagement and retention.
- Strengthen retention and development through guidance, coaching, and best practices for people leaders.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR Professional / People Operations, preferably within the tech, startup, or high-growth sectors.
- Demonstrated proficiency in strategic thinking and problem-solving, with the ability to align HR initiatives with overarching business objectives.
- Comprehensive understanding of all facets of People Operations, including compensation, talent acquisition, benefits administration, training, performance management, organizational culture, and team building.
- A passion for fostering employee development and supporting managerial growth.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Knowledgeable about Taiwanese employment laws and labor standards.
