Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

Build and lead an engineering team in Taiwan, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, collaboration, and innovation.

Provide technical direction and mentorship to your team, guiding them in designing and implementing solutions.

Develop talent, providing career guidance and ensure that the team members grow.

Partner with external hardware and media partners, as well as internal Engineering teams across Asia and North America.

Identify and implement strategies to improve team processes and improve collaboration with both internal and external partners.
