- Strong leadership and medical support as cross function
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of the products
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, and other teams to ensure successful product launch and ongoing support
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
- Manage promotional materials and campaigns to effectively communicate the value proposition
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
