• Assist senior sales colleagues in managing client relationships and communication with wealth management platforms and private banks.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare marketing materials, presentations, and pitchbooks for client meetings.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market developments.
• Client Relationship Management:

• Support senior sales colleagues in building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, including wealth management platforms and private banks.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide prompt assistance in resolving issues or concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requests and information.
• Product Knowledge and Training:

• Develop a solid understanding of the features and benefits of overseas structured bonds.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes affecting structured bond sales.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Sales Administration:

• Assist in the preparation and review of sales contracts, agreements, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the sales pipeline.
• Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Support colleagues in organizing client events, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
• Share market insights, client feedback, and best practices with the team to improve sales effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, Quantitative Finance, Economics, Marketing or related disciplines
• Basic understanding of banking activities
• Good financial analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS office (Word, Power Point and Excel)
• Self-motivated, careful on details and be able to work under pressure.
• Responsible with good interpersonal skills and able to get along well with peers
