DescriptionPosition at GroupMWorld's largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Learning and Development & HR Business Partner. You will be mainly responsible for building capability of now and digital and performance capability via the needs analysis, planning and implementing of group level learning activities based on Taiwan talent strategy. You will also play an important role in design & deploy other leadership development programs. Being a key contact with stakeholders across agencies, Regional HR and external vendors. In addition, you will be the consultant of L&D and trainer for programs.GroupM Taiwan, our people are our strength, which is why we foster a culture of diversity and inclusion.Your day job looks like at GroupM:
  • Implement the media/ digital / performance / soft skill/ leadership training activities based on by leveraging internal and external trainer resources.
  • Partner with key stakeholders (local / regional / external) to collect the training/development needs, nomination and implement the training programs across GroupM and agencies.
  • Create within budget to support the defined training needs
  • Support on the design/deploy of other leadership development initiatives.
  • Support HR BP on implementing agency/function level training
  • Evaluate external vendor, negotiate and leverage for cost advantage.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of all training activities by establishing benchmarks.
  • Maintain the training database for GroupM Taiwan with regular updates.
  • Design engaging learning interventions, activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge, and application. Visualize and design instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished training product.
  • Drive and partner with appropriate stakeholders throughout the instructional design to Plan Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate (PADDIE) learning solutions that to regional talent development standards and delivers on the business expectations.
  • Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders on instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts, share best practice and current industry trends.
  • Responsible for creating and providing all supporting material (e.g. , audio, video, simulations, role to ensure a complete learning/learner experience.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure quality assurance and control of all appropriate and relevant documentation to the expected regional talent development standards.
  • Provide training and consultancy to the business to enable self-managed development of learning modules to regional talent development standards. The end goal, to encourage adoption of learning technologies and principals.
  • Management of vendor relationship supporting externally developed programs in alignment of regional talent development standards and customer requirements.
  • Responsible for proactively maintaining self-proficiency in a variety of training methods and authoring tools/technology and keep up with the latest design trends/thinking to add to the learning experience.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of learning records and local management the learning management system, adhering to the standards set by regional talent
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 8+ years of HR working experience, including 5+ years of L&D experience in identifying training need, providing training solutions, and implementing in-house training programs
  • Strong at learning project, learning program design/implementation
  • Strong at learning consulting, influencing and training facilitation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with an ability to build good relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent in both verbal and written English
  • Will to be involved in a variety of tasks from high level strategic to routine tasks
  • Proactive, results oriented customer focused, good team player, adaptable and accountable
  • Passionate developing people
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills at all audience levels - Professional in facilitation an advantage
  • Advanced use of MS office, specifically PowerPoint and Word.
  • Authoring tools: Articulate.
  • Graphic design tools: Adobe creative cloud suite an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of international best practice and current trends in learning and development and adult education.
  • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and be responsive to changing business priorities.
