- Data Warehouse Design and Development: Design, develop, and optimize data warehouses and data marts in the customer experience and logistics domains, ensuring data structures efficiently support business analysis needs and can quickly respond to evolving business questions.
- Data Processing and Transformation: Responsible for end-to-end data processing workflows, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), data cleansing, and data quality control, ensuring the team can access accurate and timely information.
- KPI Support: Build stable and efficient data pipelines to support the definition and tracking of key business metrics, providing reliable data sources for business reports, enabling the team to monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT) and other key indicators.
- Project Simulation and Analysis: Develop and maintain data simulation tools to provide impact analysis before and after new projects, support data-driven business decisions, and evaluate the potential impact of different strategies on customer experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, project managers, and engineers to ensure data solutions meet business needs and effectively communicate technical findings and recommendations.
- Data Automation and Optimization: Identify and implement automation opportunities to optimize data processing workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce manual work, allowing the team to focus on high-value analytical activities.
- Data Security and Compliance: Ensure all data solutions comply with company data security policies and industry standards, safeguarding customer information while maintaining data usability.
- 3+ years of experience in SQL and data engineering, capable of building large-scale data solutions
- Proficiency in SQL and data processing technologies, able to write efficient queries and data transformation logic
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Presto, and Airflow, capable of designing and implementing efficient data pipelines
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques, able to support effective presentation of complex data
- Strong data validation skills, able to identify data defects and resolve data quality issues
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for unstructured problems, capable of handling incomplete or ambiguous business requirements
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, take responsibility, and make judgments
- Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical concepts and analysis results, and collaborate effectively with non-technical teams
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required
- Korean (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Practical experience using Python, R, or other data processing tools, capable of developing automation scripts and analytical tools
- Experience working in e-commerce or logistics industries, understanding business processes and challenges related to customer experience
- Data modeling and data warehouse design experience, capable of building efficient and scalable data architectures
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially with business analysts and product teams Data analysis skills, capable of not only implementing data solutions but also understanding and interpreting the business significance of results Experience working in agile development environments, able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
