- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Understand client hiring needs, culture, and business strategy
- Develop new business through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels
- Match candidates to suitable opportunities based on skillset, career goals, and company fit
- Provide interview coaching and career advice to candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent movement in your sector
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues locally and regionally to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 1-5 years of experience in B2B, enterprise sales, business consulting, account management, or talent acquisition
- Strong commercial sense, with a client-first and solution-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to build relationships with decision-makers and influence outcomes
