4G LTE/5G NR Protocol Development and Optimization; Proficient in LTE and 5G-related protocols; responsible for the development, debugging, and optimization of the LTE/5G protocol stack.
SResponsible for porting SDKs.
Modem Driver and Application Development: Develop and maintain modem-related functions such as CM, SMS, USSD, STK, etc.
TCP/IP Application Development: Develop network protocol-related applications and optimize data transmission efficiency.
Design and develop firmware that meets product requirements and quality standards.
Technical Leadership and Team Collaboration.
Analyze and solve complex technical issues related to LTE routers, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Work with product management and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of engineering documents to promote the development of technical knowledge within the team.
Provide feedback to ensure code quality and design optimization.

Requirement

Proficient in LTE/5G-related protocols, including but not limited to RRC, PDCP, RLC, MAC, and PHY layers.
Familiar with Qualcomm SDX series modems, with relevant development, debugging, and optimization experience.
Strong programming skills in C and shell scripting.
Familiar with OpenWRT/Debian build systems.
Proficient with Git and other source code management tools.
Experience with network protocols, such as 802.3.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience with C++ or Golang is a plus.

Nice to have

Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
