- Contribute to the sales performance for the CoolSculpting range of products by delivering quality marketing strategies and effective program implementation in collaboration with the CoolSculpting Sales Team, National Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and Account Management Manager
- Manage all aspects of customer relationships in the assigned territory, including CoolSculpting® marketing integration.
- Achieve sales quota results and perform effective territory penetration, coverage, and account identification.
- Complete annual sales target of devices quantities and sales amount target in assigned territory.
- Conduct training, presentations, and demonstrations (non-patient) on application and safe use of company products.
- Educate customers regarding indications, contraindications, and safety of company products.
- Support and facilitate execution of regional training workshops and tradeshows.
- Collaborate on brand activities execution and marketing plans with product manager.
- Collect customer feedback, market trends, and competitive updates for strategic planning.
- Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications (science or healthcare-related degree).
- Valued postgraduate marketing qualification.
- Two years of pharmaceutical or healthcare industry specialist sales experience.
- Experience with Key Opinion Leader Management.
- Preferred experience with self-paid product selling and in-clinic education implementation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within teams.
- Spirit of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Understands the importance of adding value to clinicians.
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm for the Facial Aesthetics industry.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure within strict deadlines.
- Strong general computer literacy.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
